Inclement Weather Policy
During times of inclement weather (Ice Storms, snow storms, and other sever weather) The Pet Care Provider will use their best judgement while caring for your pet. Your pets safety and wellbeing is our first priority. We will make every effort to fulfill all scheduled visits. if you do not need services please let us know ASAP. The services scheduled may be changed or rescheduled due to circumstances. If you need emergency pet care during this time please contact us directly at (859)979-5136. A $7 fee will be added if the travel is deemed difficult due to weather. Your emergency contact will be notified if it is not possible for us to make it to your home.
